Cancellation clauses
A cancellation without charge is possible until 12 weeks before the arrival date. In case of cancellation after the regulations due to Austrian Hotel rules (ÖHVB) are valid. Of course we would do our utmost to resell the released rooms in order to prevent costs for our guests and for the hotel.
No doubt that you are looking forward to your holiday! However, anything might happen before you set off, or during your holiday! Prepare for any such event by taking out a hotel cancellation plus policy at the European travel insurance company now. for detailled information please click on the link or you can directly fill out the payment form!
Payment In addition to cash payment we do also accept Eurocheques, VISA and MASTERCARD. Please do understand that we cannot accept credit cards for our Ski packages. We do accept the EC CAHPOINT CARD also for Packages!!!
Single room supplement
15,- per night in the single room.
In the double room from 30,- per night.
Dogs
Dogs are allowed - we ask you to please announce your dog! € 8,- per day without food.
Please be aware, that the dog is not allowed in any of the Restaurants.
Massage
We offer massages in our hotel - pls. book at least 2 days ahead!
Arrival and departure time
The rooms are ready for check in as of 02.00 pm. The rooms have to be vacated until 11.00 am
In the case of premature departure 3 days are charged (if the originally booked remaining period is longer than 3 days)
Slight changes of announced program points and rates changes are subject to change.
Participation in announced programs from the hotel is on your on risk
