A cancellation without charge is possible until 12 weeks before the arrival date. In case of cancellation after the regulations due to Austrian Hotel rules (ÖHVB) are valid. Of course we would do our utmost to resell the released rooms in order to prevent costs for our guests and for the hotel.
In addition to cash payment we do also accept EC Cashpoint Cards, VISA and MASTERCARD. Please do understand that we cannot accept credit cards for our Ski packages, but cash payment or the EC Cashpoint Cards.
SINGLE ROOM SUPPLEMENT POLICY
For our single rooms we do charge € 15,- per night in the single room.
In double rooms for sole use (only upon request possible) the surcharge is as of € 30,00 per night.
Of course you are welcome to bring your dog – we ask you to please announce and also book your dog in! The rate per day and dog is Euro 15,00 (without food) – Please do bring a sleeping blanket. With regards to allergic guests dogs are not allowed in the Restaurant- and Wellness areas.
MASSAGE & BEAUTY TREATMENTS
Our guests are welcome to book massages and beauty treatments directly at the reception (please at least 1 – 2 days prior to the planned treatment) during the opening hours of
the cosmetic studio Carola and the Vital Spa with Helga.
Please do understand that booked and not attended treatments and massages will be charged if we cannot rearrange for another guest to use your appointment time.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIME
The booked room will be available as off 2.30 p.m. for you. On departure day we kindly ask you to move from the room until 10.00 a.m.
We kindly ask you to arrive until 06.00 pm – if your arrival time will be later than 06.00 p.m. please let us know – the Reception is on duty until 10.30 p.m.. Upon request we are pleased to arrange a late arrival snack for your.
GROUP BOOKING CONDITIONS
For a group booking of at least 20 full-paying guests we grant one free place in a double room – this needs to be agreed upfront arrival and is also depening on the booked arrangement with us.
CULINARY ADDITIONAL SERVICES
Please do inform us about special wishes, allergies and dietary requirements prior to your arrival and we will be pleased to arrange for you accordingly if any possible in order to make your stay with us enjoyable and pleasant.
Slight changes of announced program points and rate changes are subject to ammendments and alterations.
Participation in announced programs arranged from the hotel is always on your own risk.
Dear guests, if – during your stay with us – accidently a damage to the hotel rooms or public areas is caused by you please understand that we will take the liberty to charge the repair to your guest account.
