Cancellation free of charge is possible up to 12 weeks before the date of arrival. In case of cancellation after this date, the Austrian Hotel Contract Terms and Conditions shall be deemed agreed. Of course, we try to rent out vacant rooms to avoid expenses for you and us.

Payment

Of course, we prefer to take cash. However, it is also possible to pay with the EC card (ATM). We are also happy to accept credit cards (VISA and Mastercard). We ask for your understanding that we cannot accept credit cards for packages where we use external services.

Single room supplement

From 20,- per night in one of our beautiful single rooms
In double room for single use (on request) from 30,- per night

Group conditions

For a minimum of 20 full-paying persons we grant a free place on the hotel services in a double room (also valid for the ski packages!).

Dogs

Your four-legged darlings are also welcome with us – We ask you to register your dog! The price per day is 20,- (without food) – Please do not forget a sleeping blanket. Out of consideration for allergy sufferers, dogs are not allowed in the restaurant and wellness area.

Massages

Our ladies at the reception will be happy to book massages for you. Our fair hostess Helga is there for you on Wednesday, Friday and Sunday from 15:00 – 19:00. Here you can already get an overview. Reservations please until 20:00 the day before.

Wellness

We wish you a lot of fun in our wellness and sauna area. Please observe the following rules:

• Do not wear street shoes
• To shower before using the pool
• Very important – do not jump in – the water depth is not sufficient for this purpose
• Do not leave the children unattended
• The sauna area is reserved for adults
• Bathing cap compulsory in the pool

Arrival and departure

You can move into your room on the day of arrival from about 14:00. On the day of departure your room is available until 10.00 a.m. – then our chambermaids have to do their job.

Please inform us in case of late arrival after 18.00! For arrivals after 21.00 o’clock we prepare – with advance notice – very gladly a cold plate or a small snack for you.

Service around the culinary

Please inform us of any special requests, allergies or intolerances. Very gladly we will prepare the dishes for you accordingly.

Slight deviations of program points as well as price changes reserved.
Seasonal and weather-related changes, or cancellations of events are possible. Your participation in such events is always at your own risk.

Dear guests, if during your stay in our house any damage occurs in the room or in the public area, we ask for your understanding that we may charge you costs.
