A special highlight of our family-run hotel is certainly the vehicle museum on over 1,400 m² of exhibition space. In the basement – directly embedded in our hotel complex – is the impressive life’s work of our senior boss Helmuth Vötter, his large vintage car museum in Kaprun. He collected rare vehicles for over 30 years and lovingly restored them. Here you will find a part of the manifold automotive history of the 50s-70s, presented in an impressive and more than worth seeing way – an absolute must for real classic car fans and those who want to become one! Exclusively for our hotel guests, our senior chef organizes on request extremely whimsical and entertaining guided tours through the Oldtimer Museum in Kaprun. Here you will get exciting, unique insights into his hobby and the automotive history of days long gone.
